Delivered pricing

Listed prices include overseas freight and delivery to your US shipping address. SMG covers any additional freight cost; no freight surcharge will be added after checkout. Applicable taxes are additional and calculated at checkout.

Lead time and order confirmation

The supplier currently estimates approximately 6–7 weeks for overseas fulfillment. The estimated lead-time clock starts when SMG confirms the order in writing after the delivery address, payment, availability and supplier acceptance are settled. The written confirmation will state the start date and expected delivery window. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipment updates

SMG will provide available dispatch and tracking information after the shipment is arranged. Contact SMG if tracking is unavailable or a shipment appears delayed. Confirm any special receiving requirements, appointment needs or time-critical dates in your quote request.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact dustin@stephensmolecular.com promptly with your order number, product SKU, quantity affected and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging and affected items while SMG reviews the issue and coordinates next steps.

Returns and cancellations

Contact SMG before returning any product or requesting cancellation. Eligibility and available remedies will be confirmed in writing for your order. Product condition, sterile packaging, shipment status and custom or special-order requirements may affect the available options. A standard return window and restocking schedule have not yet been established; this page does not promise automatic refunds or unrestricted returns.

Confirm instrument and protocol fit before committing to a bulk purchase. Product illustrations are representative; the quoted SKU, specifications and packaging determine the supplied item.
